they keep us running on the hamster wheel&comma; feeling the same way every morning&period; Think about it&period; You probably have the same routine every single morning&excl;<&sol;p><p>So here&&num;8217&semi;s how to make your mornings more meaningful and have fun doing it&colon; <&sol;p><ol><li><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;michelleenriquez&period;com&sol;product&sol;morning-meditation&sol;">MEDITATE<&sol;a> WITH INTENTIONAL BREATHS&colon;<&sol;strong><p>Take 5 to 10 minutes to meditate and take some intentional deep breaths&period; Every day pick something or someone different&period; This practice of gratitude helps to raise your vibration&period; My kids and I practice this every morning&comma; and we mention things like the food in the fridge or the comfy pillows that keep our heads comfortable at night&period; Look around and get creative&period;<&sol;p><&sol;li><li><strong>POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS&colon;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>Think of five things you would like to affirm to the universe&comma; such as <em><strong>&&num;8220&semi;I am beautiful&period; I am blessed&comma; I am loved&comma; I am healthy&comma; etc&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;strong> <&sol;em>This step is essential to close your new morning ritual because you are actively breathing life into your true essence&period; And something powerful happens when we make these statements out loud &&num;8212&semi; OUR SPIRIT  HEARS IT&excl; And as we continue with this mindful practice of love&comma; we start believing it and acting accordingly&period;<&sol;li><&sol;ol><p>Imagine going through a day nourished with nothing but positive energy&period; As a Latina professional with over a decade of government, political, and public affairs experience, Michelle knows first-hand the struggles that employees in high-pressure industries deal with day-to-day, including stress, overwhelm, and burnout.
