FEELING 'FINE' OR BEING 'FUNCTIONAL' SHOULDN'T BE THE BAR

You’re not looking for more information. You’re looking for a way to change the pattern.

You already know how to function.

You show up. You handle things. You take care of people. You figure it out.

But underneath that?

Your mind replays conversations long after they happen.

Your body carries tension you keep pushing through.

Your emotions feel heavier than you let on.

Your reactions do not always match who you want to be.

Your inner voice keeps getting drowned out by responsibility, fear, guilt, or expectation.

If you are tired of being “fine” while feeling disconnected from yourself, this experience was created for you.

THE CORE BELIEF SHIFT

The problem is not that you need to “calm down.”

The problem is that no one taught you how to lead yourself when your nervous system is feeling dysregulated.

When the thought spiral starts.
When the body signal shows up.
When the emotion rises.
When the old story gets loud.
When the familiar reaction wants to take over.
Medicine of the Moment gives you a process for those moments.

Not theory.

Not passive inspiration.

A process you can practice.

METHOD SNAPSHOT

The method: Four Bodies of Self-Leadership

Over 5 weeks, Michelle guides you through the four layers that shape how you experience and respond to life.

1

Mental Body

How your thoughts, beliefs, stories, and mental loops influence your reactions.

2

Physical Body

How stress, tension, discomfort, and emotion communicate through your body.

3

Emotional Body

How the energy you receive, retain, and radiate affects your choices, relationships, and presence.

4

Authentic Self

How to reconnect with your inner voice, intuition, truth, and aligned action.

Then you bring it all together through the S.E.L.F. Leadership Cycle — Michelle’s framework for meeting real-life moments with awareness instead of autopilot.

Michelle’s framework for meeting real-life moments with awareness instead of autopilot.

S

Slow Down

Pause before the automatic reaction takes over.

E

Examine the Moment

Notice what you are feeling, thinking, and experiencing.

L

Listen to Inner Authority

Ask what your body, intuition, and truth are telling you.

F

Follow Through

Choose the response that reflects who you are becoming.

PRACTICAL OUTCOME GRID

When life happens, you’ll know what to do next.

When your mind starts racing

You’ll practice interrupting the thought loop instead of letting it run the day.

When your body tightens

You’ll learn how to recognize the signal instead of dismissing it.

When emotions rise

You’ll create space before reacting, shutting down, overgiving, or spiraling.

When your inner voice speaks

You’ll learn how to listen before fear, approval, or pressure talks you out of it.

When an old pattern shows up

You’ll use the S.E.L.F. Leadership Cycle to slow down, examine the moment, listen inward, and choose your next step.

WEEK-BY-WEEK

What we’ll move through together

Medicine of the Moment helps you pause in the moment, notice what’s happening inside you, and choose a response that aligns with who you want to be — not who your patterns taught you to be.

WEEK-BY-WEEK

What we’ll move through together

1

Week

Interrupt the Mind

Stop believing every thought just because it appears.

You’ll learn how to observe your thoughts, interrupt mental loops, and create space between what you think and how you respond.

2

Week

Listen to the Body

Your body is not being dramatic. It is communicating.

You’ll learn how stress and emotion show up physically — and how to listen before your body has to get louder.

3

Week

Understand Emotional Energy

What you carry affects how you show up.

You’ll learn how to recognize dysregulation, so you can respond with more clarity.

4

Week

Reclaim Your Inner Voice

Your truth is often quieter than your fear.

You’ll practice listening inward, noticing what feels aligned, and recognizing where you may be silencing yourself to keep the peace.

5

Week

Practice Self-Leadership

Awareness becomes action.

You’ll learn the S.E.L.F. Leadership Cycle:

S — Slow Down

E — Examine the Moment

L — Listen to Inner Authority

F — Follow Through with Aligned Action

Practical

Practical tools for overthinking, emotional overwhelm, stress, body signals, and self-trust

This is not a course you watch.

This is a space where you practice.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if:

This is for the person who is done abandoning themselves just to keep everything else moving.

WHO IT’S NOT FOR

This is not for you if:

Michelle will guide the process.

But the shift happens when you participate.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

This is mindfulness for the moment you usually lose yourself.

Most mindfulness spaces teach you how to feel calm when everything is already quiet.
Medicine of the Moment teaches you how to practice awareness when real life is happening.

That is where this work lives.

That is where your choice returns.

ABOUT MICHELLE

Meet Michelle Enriquez

Michelle Enriquez is a holistic mindfulness guide and the founder of Mastering Mindfulness.

Before this work, Michelle spent more than a decade in politics as a campaign manager, navigating high-pressure environments, supporting leaders, and becoming known as the person who could handle it.

People called her “La General.”

But Michelle also knows what it feels like to look strong on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside.

Her own healing journey led her back to mindfulness, body awareness, emotional honesty, and inner authority. Medicine of the Moment was created from that lived experience.

Now, she guides others through the same return — not by escaping real life, but by learning how to meet real life differently.
