I participated in the Workplace Wellness Workshop because I was dealing with anxiety. I like Michelle's easy-to-use pointers and learned how to breathe correctly to reduce stress and clear my mind from clutter. Everyone should know how to clear their minds with mindfulness!
Before the Mindfulness program, I struggled with goal-setting and lacked happiness and love. Through self-discovery activities, discussions, and reflection, Michelle's talk attacked these issues straight-on. After taking her workshops, I traveled solo to Chicago (something I was afraid to do). I started a new relationship and have been the happiest I've been in a while! It truly helped me create mental space to listen to my life calling.
Mastering Mindfulness could not have come at a better time in my life. After taking her weekly classes, I noticed significant changes in my mindset and how I viewed the world. Living in the hustle and bustle of NYC is no small feat. You deal with so many people daily and lose sight of what's vital for you. I now have the building blocks to living authentically as myself; to keep myself happy amidst the chaos. Don't walk; run to take Michelle's class --you will not regret it!
