I participated in the Workplace Wellness Workshop because I was dealing with anxiety. I liked Michelle's easy-to-use pointers and learned how to breathe correctly to reduce stress and clear my mind from clutter. I believe that everyone should know how to clear their minds!

Before the Mindfulness program, I had trouble with goal-setting and feeling a lack of happiness and love. Michelle's talk attacked these issues straight-on through self-discovery activities, discussions, and reflection. After taking her workshops, I traveled solo to Chicago (which I always wanted to do). I started a new relationship, and I also have been the happiest I've been in a while! It truly helped me create space in my mind and to listen to my life calling.

Taking Michelle's Mindfulness program could not have come at a better time in my life. After taking her classes each week for three weeks, I noticed significant changes in my mindset and how I viewed the world. Living in the hustle and bustle of NYC is no small feat. You deal with so many people daily, and you lose sight of what's vital for you. And now, I'm starting not to feel that way anymore. I now have the building blocks to living authentically as myself; to keep myself happy amongst the chaos of a train delay or a rude person. Don't walk, run to take Michelle's class!! You will not regret it!
